Delivery

Orders are shipped from France to the delivery address provided at checkout. The available delivery services, estimated delivery times, and shipping charges will be shown at checkout.

Orders are generally processed within 5 business days. Made-to-order items may require approximately 4–8 weeks for production, sometimes longer. The applicable production timeframe will be shown or confirmed before dispatch.

Depending on the product and its delivery requirements, orders are dispatched using DHL or a specialist jewellery carrier such as Malca-Amit. We send an order confirmation and always contact you before dispatch to confirm the delivery arrangements.

For DHL shipments, your tracking number will be sent by email as your dispatch notification. For shipments handled by a specialist jewellery carrier, our team will call you to arrange delivery.

Where available, shipments will be tracked and require a signature on delivery. Insurance applies according to the carrier’s confirmed terms, conditions, and coverage limits. We do not describe a shipment as fully insured unless the carrier has confirmed coverage for the full declared value of the jewellery.

Anh-Phuong ships on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis. Duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier are not included in the order total and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges may be payable upon delivery.

We recommend contacting your local customs authority or delivery carrier before placing an international order if you need information about possible import charges or restrictions.

If delivery is refused because applicable import charges have not been paid, the parcel may be returned to us. Any refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law and may exclude non-recoverable shipping, return, customs, or tax charges where legally permitted.
