RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

1. Ready-made products, return window
You may return an eligible ready-made product within 20 business days from the date of delivery, provided that the piece is returned in its original, unworn condition, with all original packaging and documentation.
Within the first 14 calendar days, your statutory right of withdrawal under Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code applies in full, subject to applicable law, including reimbursement of the original standard outbound delivery charge.
From day 15 up to the 20-business-day limit, returns are accepted as a goodwill extension on the same conditions. Outbound delivery charges are not reimbursed for returns made under this goodwill extension.
2. How to request a return
To request a return, please email info@anh-phuong.com before sending any item back. Do not send a return to an address found elsewhere on our website or delivery packaging.
We will confirm whether the return is eligible, provide the correct return address, and send you the return instructions. Please wait for our written instructions before dispatching the return.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured return service.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned piece, we will process the applicable refund within the period required by law, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method, such as bank transfer.
We reserve the right to deduct any diminution in value if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if it shows signs of wear or damage, where legally permitted.
The refund may include the original standard outbound delivery charge. Additional express delivery charges may not be refundable where legally permitted.
4. Custom and bespoke pieces, no right of withdrawal where legally applicable
Custom and bespoke pieces may be excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article L221-28, 3° of the French Consumer Code when they are manufactured to your individual specifications. Any applicable exclusion will be explained before the order is confirmed.
Deposits paid for custom or bespoke pieces are non-refundable once production has commenced, unless Anh-Phuong is unable to complete the piece as agreed or applicable law requires otherwise.
5. Defective or incorrectly sent items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrectly described item, please contact info@anh-phuong.com as soon as possible after discovery. Your statutory legal guarantees apply, including the applicable conformity guarantees.
We will explain the appropriate remedy and return arrangements. Where the item is defective or incorrectly sent, Anh-Phuong will be responsible for the reasonable return shipping costs as required by applicable law.
6. Refused deliveries and unpaid import charges
If delivery is refused because applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges, or carrier fees have not been paid, the parcel may be returned to us.
Any refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law and may exclude non-recoverable shipping, return, customs, tax, or carrier charges where legally permitted. Please contact us before refusing delivery so that we can explain the available options.
7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an eligible item, please email info@anh-phuong.com within 14 days of delivery before returning it. Exchanges are subject to availability and eligibility.
Return shipping costs for exchanges are paid by the customer unless the item is defective, incorrectly sent, or applicable law requires otherwise.
