- Shipping carriers — name and delivery address only, for order fulfilment
- Public authorities — if required by law
4. How long we keep your data
Order and transaction data is retained for 10 years in accordance with French accounting and tax law. Enquiry data is retained for 3 years from last contact. Newsletter subscribers' data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Under the GDPR and French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés), you have the right to: access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
